Gilbert Maurice Hubin (Dinant 1904-1982) was a Belgian post-impressionist painter with a preference for romantic Ardennes landscapes, including along the Meuse and the Sambre, and in the Bauvignies area. His work is depicted in the Annuaire des Beaux Arts III. Hubin exhibited at "Paysage de Dinant and the Sambre et Meuse region" in Dinant in 1934, in the famous Galerie Rubens in Brussels in 1953 and in the Galerie Mont des Arts in Brussels in 1960.
