The covers of the calibration wagons can be opened so that the included model calibration weights can be placed and removed with tweezers. The calibration wagons have 3 axles and for each calibration wagon there are 8 removable weights.
The wagons are equipped with close coupling backdrops.
Total length of the set is 26.8 cm.

Please see the photos for a nice impression.
The presentation rail is not included in the offer.

For weighing of wagon loads there are several weighing points where the wagon including load can be weighted. These weighing points must be calibrated at regular intervals. For the calibration of the weighing points use is made of so-called calibration wagons. The calibration wagons have a fixed calibrated weight. Additional weights can be added to the wagon so the weight can be modified over a large range.
The calibration wagons have no brakes because wear on the brake pads could affect the weight of the wagons. By default, the calibration wagons are accompanied by a tool trolley in which additional sample weights are transported. The wagons were constructed in the wagon factory Uerdingen from 1949.
