A Japanese marked stretched teardrop-shaped brushed silver tone metal one-flower (so-called 'sorori') vase intended for the tea ceremony,

Showa (1926-1989), ca 1965-1975

ca 18.2 cm. high and 6.5 cm. Ø.

On conical foot ring and with flaring mouth, the underside marked with an impressed mark of a 'potato man' with the letters 'SSKK', in original 'tomobako' with worn down inscription and red artist's seal, minor wear.
