Frans Hogenberg (Mechelen, 1535 - Cologne, 1590) was a cartographer from Brabant.
Together with Georg Braun, Canon of Cologne cathedral and his son Abraham Hogenberg, Frans published the city book Civitates Orbis Terrarum in 1572.
