Description
375 Pink gold - Dress Ring Late 19th century/Early 20th century Garnet - Diamond chips
Size: Uk size K1/2 please look at photo - Total weight: 1.40 g

Very pretty late 19th / early 20th century hallmarked 375 (9kt) pink gold garnet and diamond ring.
I have described this ring as pink gold but in the Victorian times gold could have a range of different yellow hues depending on the percentage of alloys used with the gold. This is more pink than yellow.

The garnets are beautiful pear shaped mix faceted and when I first looked at the ring, I thought it was styled as a four leaf clover which in the UK is a good luck symbol.
The garnets measure 4.5mm x 3mm
These are separated by tiny diamond chips with one in the middle that will give the ring a sparkle for the attention it deserves.
I must bring to your attention that the gold band is thinner due to age related wear so this must have been a much loved ring.
This is a UK ring size K 1/2 please research equivalent ring size for you.

This comes in a leatherette box.
It will be tracked insured and shipped by Royal Mail
