Three Chinese (Dehua) 'blanc de Chine' joss stick holders shaped as Buddhist lions, Kangxi (1662-1722), ca 1700, the largest ca 14 cm. high, 5.5 cm. wide and 8 cm. deep.

The so-called 'foo dog' seated on a rectangular base, with curled hair and long manes, holding a ball or a cub under the left paw, some discolorations, firing cracks and damages (images #14-20).
