Imposing We mask from Ivory Coast. The expression is strict, the expression is tough and piercing. Much strength emanates from this large mask. This mask is called “Spider”, in fact, the curved elements hiding its face symbolise the mandibles. Rich and deep patina. Please also note the addition of colours on the eyes and mouth. This is the creation of an experienced sculptor. A magnificent, ancient and authentic piece of collection. Around 1920.
