In good condition. Belgium. Height 65 cm, width 50.5 cm. track. Stella Artois is a Belgian lager, brewed in Leuven, and is part of the AB InBev group. It has an alcohol content of 5.2%. This beer originated in 1926, when it was made as a 'Christmas beer' under the name Stella (Latin for Star) and was placed on the market.
The history of the brewery, however, goes back to 1366, the year that is also on the logo. From the tax registers of the city of Leuven of that year it shows that the inn / brewery Den Hoorn, the original brewery, already existed at the time. On 13 June 1708 Sebastian Artois acquired the coveted title of master brewer. Since then, the name Artois is attached to the brewery.
