A pupitre is a wooden rack in which champagne bottles are placed upside down to undergo the remuage, a process of light shaking and slowly turning the bottle into a more vertical position. This remuage is part of the ‘méthode traditionnelle’ of the Champagne district.

Will be carefully packaged and shipped by registered post with T & T code to track the shipment. Due to the size and weight, this lot will only be shipped within Europe. Shipping to other parts of the world upon request.
