Description
Collection of various horse collar bells (12) - Bronze (gilt/silvered/patinated/cold painted)
Europe - Late 19th century

Beautiful collection of horse collar bells in an impressive conservation condition.

Slightly different in dimensions and engravings, beautiful to observe.

This type of bells were put on the carriage horses forming a collar or on their legs giving a beautiful sound of the horse walking.

Complete and with preserved clapper. These bells have been professionally cleaned and preserved by my family for more than 60 years.
