Small chest of Spanish-Moorish flavor with wooden structure and rich copper decorations and studs applied on all sides and on the lid. Hand-crafted with filigree technique all over, with applications of numerous hard stones of various types.
The interior is lined in red cloth, I assume the legs have been added later. It is perhaps a travel item, used to contain documents or else.
NB: one handle on the right side and a ring in the mouth of a lion are missing (see photos).
