Beautiful original handcrafted wood Freemasonry book covers, which were used to place the book for Masonic rites. It features a number of Masonic symbols, among which the famous logo of the Square (symbol of virtue) and Compasses (symbol of the limits that should keep any mason from the rest).

The covers are made of high quality varnished wood , with fringes of great beauty, as shown in the photographs, highlighting Masonic symbolism in beautiful mother-of-pearl inlays.

Period: 18th / 19th century.
Material: wood (possibly boxwood) and mother of pearl.
Dimensions: 36 x 25 x 10 cm
