Very good condition, see description - 39×212×0 mm

A Chinese porcelain Wanli plate, the interior painted in underglaze blue with central motif of a bird perched on a rock next to a prunus tree, encircled by eight medallions. The rim decorated with eight cartouches alternately containing sunflowers and auspicious Buddhist symbols. The reverse is again divided into eight reserves, each containing a stylised Lingzhi, also known as Reishi is the ancient mushroom of immortality.
Period; Wanli 1573-1619.

Condition: Generally very good. Two small hairlines, minor fritting, see last two detail photos. No restorations.
