The B5X62A is a nice Philips design from 1956. It is one of the first so-called “planos”.
This plano is a very nice model; a wooden casing and a partly open front. High and low tone controls are equipped with graphical display in the shape of “curtains” which continue to close as the relevant key is displayed less.
The valves used are the ECC 85, the ECH 81, the EF 89, the EF85, the EABC 80, the EL 84, the EL 86, the EM 80 and EZ80. All from the 80-series and standard for that time, apart from the l.f. power stage with EL86 and EL84.
The radio is in working condition, still needs to be serviced.
The radio will be packaged very well and sent by registered mail, but can also be picked up.
