Large and very heavy ship oil lamp made of copper and brass from the Ellermans Wilson line Ltd. Hull as is to be read on the brass plate.
The lamp is also equipped with a brass plate with the indication of the lamp: Not Under Command.
The ship lamp has a nice dark patina. The lamp is in very good condition, only a few tiny dents and a small chip off fersnel lens.
The lamp has the original completely intact red inner glass which is easy to take out and the original working oil burner. The lamp can be placed both hanging and standing.
A very beautiful and complete piece of usable maritime history from the period of steam navigation, a real eye-catcher.
