Charles Eames - Herman Miller - Armchair (2)
U.S. - 1950-1974 - Fiberglass and coated steel
Two original, vintage dining furniture bucket chairs from the fifties and sixties. The tubs are made of fibreglass, recognizable by the visible fibreglass structure. The colour is light grey.
The factory logo of the producer Herman Miller is displayed the bottom. The special frame is made of steel with a white enamel coating.
The upholstered chairs have recently been upholstered with a matching, dark grey upholstery and are screwed into the tubs.
Measurements. Seat height from floor to top of tub is 85 cm. Cockpit seat height: from seat to upper edge of cockpit centre is 40 cm. Seat height from floor to seat is 48 cm. Armchair height from floor to top edge is 85 cm.
Can only be picked up in Rotterdam city centre.
