This large mandible of almost 2 kilos was found in the Russian region of Amer.
The jaw belonged to an adult woolly rhinoceros.
The woolly rhinoceros lived in the middle and Late Pleistocene along with the woolly mammoth on the vast steppes of Eurasia.
The jaw has no restorations and is preserved in a professional manner.
