Meteorites Canyon Diablo or The Devil's Canyon are several fragments of an asteroid that hit Earth 50,000 years ago, creating the Meteor Crater, also known as Barringer, near the now called Devil's Canyon, in Arizona, USA.
The impact was produced by a large asteroid of ferric composition leaving one of the most spectacular and largest craters known, as well as a multitude of metal pieces scattered in the vicinity.
A good sized specimen, perfectly preserved and of extraordinary quality to add to your collection. With natural patina. As it was found.
As members of the IMCA (International Meteorite Collectors Association), we guarantee the authenticity of all our pieces.
Greetings and good luck!
