The condition of the work is good.
Martin van Waning had an eventful life and travelled a lot. He worked in Wiesbaden and was an employee of Grand Duke Orloff from Russia for some time and travelled with him through Europe on a ship. From about 1923, he worked on the Veluwe for some years. He made an overview of the Veluwe landscapes on 12 large panels. Unfortunately these panels were destroyed during an aerial battle above Schiermonnikook where the Studio of van Waning was hit and burned down. The Veluwe cycle was lost entirely.

Needs to be picked up. Can be delivered in Gelderland/Utrecht.
Shipping in consultation and at shipping costs.
