Ancient Roman Legionary Bronze Openwork Brooch Fibula shaped as Two opposite Musical Instruments- Buccinae.
Buccina along with the Tuba are both instruments used and played a significant role for the roman legions, because with them the officers gave the signals and change in the battle tactics.
The pin is missing, otherwise well preserved with a lovely green natural patina.
Probably belonged to some of the officers which played to Buccina.
