Mechanical - 8 day movement - half hour, one bell

Fireplace pendulum clock France, circa 1870, S. Marti & Cie, bronze casing, fire gold plated.

The casing is in good condition for its age with normal signs of use, not detracting from the piece.

The movement itself is an 8-day movement, it is fully functional, strikes on the half and full hour on a bronze bell, it is signed S. Marti & Cie.

Old pendulum and winding key included.

Beautiful, very decorative and rare piece, which would enrich any clock collection, on offer due to shortage of space.
