Litho - Ito Shinsui (1898-1972) - Nummer 5 "After a Bath" van de serie "100 Figures of Beauties Wearing Takasago Kimonos" - 1931
The image is printed on washi paper (with the characteristic vertical lines), and without a thorough inspection it is hard to see that this is not a woodblock print.
Comment: the 'Bijin' is wearing a Takasago-dyed kimono. Takasago fabric dying is a process which was developed in Japan in the 1600s.
