Lot comprising 2 Antoniniani, Phillipus 'The Arab' and his wife Otacilia Severa.

- Philip I the Arab (AD 244-249), Silver Antoninianus, Rome Mint.
Obverse: IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Philip right.

- Otacilia Severa (+ AD 249), Silver Antoninianus, Rome Mint.

Both coins are in Very Fine condition and have a couple of tiny spots of oxidation.

A good opportunity to buy a companion set of coins from this imperial family of the mid 3rd century AD. Perfect for a collector starting out in the world of Imperial Roman coin collecting.
