A set of 7 beautiful Regency silver close plated dessert forks with reeded mother-of-pearl handles. The tines and plated parts of the handles are delicately bright-cut with a floral and leaf design. The handles have a wonderful lustre.
Made in Sheffield, c. 1790's.

Very good antique condition. Some wear to silver plating commensurate with age and use; one handle has a crack in the mother-of-pearl and two others have tiny nicks and marks; 3 forks have loose ferrules/collars.
