2015 Domenico Clerico - Barolo - 6 Bottles (0.75L)
In original wooden case - Red wine - Italy - 93/100 points, Robert Parker

Barolo Domenico Clerico is the latest creation of one of the most representative winemakers of our country, considered as one of the best interpreters of the territory and of Nebbiolo. It comes from Domenico's happy intuition to assemble grapes from his Monforte d'Alba cru, long known and appreciated throughout the world: Ginestra, Mosconi and Bussia.

The Nebbiolo grapes that give rise to Domenico Clerico's Barolo grow on vines that have reached 30 years of age and are harvested not before October. The wine-making process lasts from 15 to 20 days and involves maceration on the skins in vertical tanks. Part of the wine thus produced rests for 18-24 months in barriques (40% new and 60% second passage), another part is refined for 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
