This wonderful Art Deco vase s actually quite charming. It is unique, there is no second. What went wrong during its manufacture? I tried to photograph this. The grips are not alike and it got an opening in the clay, before or after the firing. Everything is glazed, not a restoration. The vase is without flaws and is in superb condition.
It is approx. 19 cm tall.
A top diameter of approx. 3 cm.
Bottom diameter: 7 cm, the blank part.
Handle to handle: approx. 13 cm.
Marked: Embossed in clay: Gréber – 69 – S 26 – With black ink: 4X.
Colours: moss-green, flaming blue-green and yellow/brown tints. Matte glaze.
In amazing condition.
