Painter, engraver, draughtsman and landscaper. - He collaborated with Le Nôtre and drew the plans for the gardens of Versailles. - Had as a pupil the engraver and print merchant: Mariette, Jean (1660-1742). - Received in 1735 at the Royal Academy of Painting. - Practiced the technique of washed drawing
