Italian corkscrew (Piedmont area) with a mechanism with revolving lever nut called ‘Grinder’ dating back to early 1900.

Brass body with small 2-column bell with funnel neck, screw mechanism with revolving lever nut and wooden knob.
Flathead handle with central hole. Iron worm with large spirals.
