Silver Flatware Sets (4) - Silver - MG - Germany - Second half 19th century
Good condition - used with small signs of aging & blemishes

Exceptional beautiful silver place settings consisting of: 4 spread/cutting knives and 4 forks.

The hilts all carry the mark: MG and also tested positive for silver.

The prod and cutting part is made of iron, but the hilts are of silver. There, the silver test coloured dark-red. Unfortunately no other hallmarks could be found, so subject to change. Box was

made in the 19th century with baroque/Renaissance pattern. Probably German.
