Coeloma is an extinct genus of crabs belonging to the order Dacapoda. The genus has many species and a crab fossil record extending from the Eocene to Miocene.
This one is from a Quarry near Peine, Germany, Rupelian.
The specimen is in a hard phosphate concretion that preserved all the nice details of the crab: carapace spines and eyes are well conserved.
