Genera, species:
- most specimens are Dactylioceras athleticum
- single ammonites belong to Dactylioceras commune (these are slightly coarser and more widely spaced)
- A piece of Hildoceras bifrons (on the edge) with Venter
- two small specimens are probably Phylloceras (one could also be Pseudolioceras)
Further information:
- Schlaifhausen is one of the most famous "Classic Sites"
- the site is considered to have been extinguished
- these are so-called field finds
- finds of this size were very rare
