Italian corkscrew from Piedmont with a revolving lever nut mechanism called “grinder”; manufactured by Pietro Stella (Cireggio - Omegna) and dating back to early 1900s.

Nickel-plated brass body with a small 2-column bell with funnel neck, screw mechanism with revolving lever nut and wooden knob.
Flathead and shaped handle with central hole.
Iron worm with large spirals.
