Large Chinese lantern/pendant lamp with stained glass - Glass, Wood

Large Chinese pendant light/lantern.

All glass is painted by hand.
One window at the bottom has a small crack,
not noticeable unless you know it. (Please see the last photo.)

I don't know why this is or whether it's supposed to be this way, but at the top of the lantern
someone has braided some kind of string through it.
I left it this way because I don't know whether or not it's part of the original.

Condition: in good used condition.

Given the fragility it can only be picked up.
