The Franz Kafka Writers edition recalls the author’s simple yet ingenious style, all while paying tribute to his most famous work: “The Metamorphosis.” The mutation described in Kafka’s novel is reflected in the fascinating transformation of the pen’s shape from a square to a cylinder.

The top, the sterling 925 silver clip and rings, form a stunning contrast with the transparency of the burgundy body. The 18K rhodium plated gold nib has a delicate engraving depicting a cockroach, another reference to The Metamorphosis.
