Marcel Wanders (Boxtel, 2 July 1963) is a Dutch industrial designer. He is co-founder and art director of the design label Moooi (formerly Wanders Wonders) in Breda, the Netherlands. In addition, Wanders has his own design studio where he works for various international furniture brands.
Wanders studied in Eindhoven, Arnhem, Maastricht and Hasselt and finally finished his studies cum laude at the art academy in Arnhem. His breakthrough was in 1996 with the Knotted Chair, a chair made of strengthened rope that he (together with the Technical University Delft) designed for the Droog Design. This design was included in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa) in New York.
In 2002, Wanders was included on the list of the 50 Stars of Europe in the American magazine Businessweek.

Over de verzending niets dan lof.
Over de staat van het schilderij minder enthousiast. Het lijkt mij op zijn plaats deskundigen vanCatawiki te laten beoordelen of compensatie op zijn plaats is.
