The pattern was designed by designer Charles Rossigneux to be exhibited at the 1867 Paris exhibition.

This model was supposed refer to the lion skin worn by the mythical Hercules.

This is undoubtedly one of the rarest and most sought after models created by Christofle, as it has been manufactured in very limited numbers.

In excellent condition, beautiful shine, hardly ever used.
