on sale this nice and authentic tsuba in good condition, Mokkogata shape, representing a familiar theme in Japan, the Tiger and the Bamboo (Take Tora zu), the Tiger is enhanced with gold leaf, the Bamboo with silver, still in good condition for its age.

- Period: Edo, late 18th century.
