A beautiful sculpture of a bathing lady (baigneuse).

The sculpture depicts the naked Andromeda after Joseph Félon made by the Amsterdam van Paridon brothers.

The work is made of plaster / Paridur and is provided with green and gold-coloured painting.

Origin: Netherlands.

Dating: first half 20th century.

It is has the signature of 'Félon', a stamp and a sticker of 'Paridur'.

A small chip from the base has been re-glued and it is in good condition, the pictures speak for themselves.
