Léon Zeytline
(1885 Moscou - 1962 Paris), Russie
Two translations of the name: Tseytline or Zeytline.

Painter of the Franco-Russian school, he left Moscow early 20th century to settle in Paris.
In the 1920s, he found some success by painting daily life in Paris in fashionable places. He has a keen eye for architectural detail and populates his paintings of equally precise characters.

In 1913, he illustrated Ernest Jaubert's Russian Folk Tales.

Photo very difficult to take without reflection.
