Wonderfull & rare set Japanese handcrafted late MEIJI Era ( 1868-1912 ) Hina dolls in good displayable condition.

The Hina dolls (heads, hands & feet) are handcrafted from gofun, wood and silk. The glass eyes are inlaid.

The swords & covers, bows, hats, clothing, etc. are handcrafted from wood, paper, silk, metal, etc..

One or both of the Japanese Hina doll(s) has a small mark(s), nick(s), scuff(s), loose string(s), wear, etc..

The Japanese samurai dolls are about 22cm (8 11/16") high and 12cm (4 3/4") long.

The samurai dolls with hats but are about 18cm (7 1/16") high and 12cm (4 3/4") long.
