Fair condition - heavily used & with possibly minor parts missing - 124 g

Old Savoy solid 800 silver sugar bowl made between 1815 and 1824 by Fernando Canetti with decorated handles and a realistic flower-shaped knob. 

Fernando Canetti was active in Vercelli from 1815 to 1824. One of his pieces is in the Savoy silverware collection at the Quirinale.

Base diameter: 6 cm 
Weight: 3 troy oz and 20 dwt (124 grams) 

Fine condition, original of the period (194 years old) with an old repair at the base of one handle, as shown in the photos.



 

Fully hallmarked with maker's mark, Royal warranty mark and Novara assay office mark.
