This wonderful oil lamp is engraved with stylistic lines.
The lamp is made out of solid patinated alabaster.
This unique one of a kind lamp was found in the Kharga Oasis.
Byzantine Coptic period.
Very rare collectors item.

Condition: Very good, complete intact, no restorations.
Material: Alabaster.
700 - 1200 AD.
Dimensions: 15,5 - 5 cm.

Provenance: out of an old French collection before 1980
Purchased from a private collector, Paris – France.
