Ancient Roman Bronze P-shaped bow fibula - 5.4×2×2.2 cm
Circa 75-125 AD.

A complete bronze fibula (brooch) of the Kraftig Prolifierte type, with a hinged pin and a forward-facing foot knob; the bow adorned with a lip.
The extreme tip of the pin is missing, otherwise complete and intact, with good metal and light encrustations.

Kraftig Prolifierte fibulae originated in eastern central Europe along the upper Danube in the Roman province of Pannonia.
