Chinese tea caddy with silver frame in the shape of a lotus flower - Porcelain, Silver - China - 19th century

Exclusive mint-green Chinese tea canister (18th or 19th century) decorated with lotus flowers floating on water and featuring a Dutch silver frame and cap in the shape of a lotus flower.

The silver is marked with the Dutch sword and maker's mark 'JGvR1' from Jsephus Godefridus van Roosmalen, active in 's-Hertogenbosch between 1862 and 1883.

Height including cap: 15 cm.

Is in wonderful, pristine condition.

Will be packaged with great care and shipped by registered post.
