Vintage Chinese paintbrush holder.
With a small reservoir for water or ink. Residues of dried paint or ink are still clearly present in the reservoir.
It consists of loose parts for stationing the paintbrushes, with a well-hinging lid. Please see photos.
Paktong white metal, and very fine enamel decoration in various colours, mainly blue, also engraved very finely.
