Rare terracotta plaque, bust Tsar Nikolaas and Tsarina Alexandra,
Especially made for the official visit to France.
Around the busts; 1901, Alexandra, Nicolas II, under; Betheny (large), Dunkirk, Reims, Compiegne, the places that were visited during the visit to France.
Completely in Art Nouveau style.
Damage; left to the plaque, see pictures.
Back; In the middle 3 compartments; Grande Tuilerie d'Yvry, Emile Muller & Cie, bottom 3 compartments; n production interdite, IVRY Port sur Seine, Deposé
Dimensions terracotta 33.5 cm x 30.5 cm.
Dimensions of the original frame, 69.5 cm. x 64.2 cm. Weight 6.5 kg.
Original frame, red fabric has been replaced, part (old red fabric) is under the red fabric.
