Very good condition old Armagnac bottle in near mint condition, very good level, good condition wax seal.
The Saint Vivant brand still exists, they are located in Condom.
Saint-Vivant introduced this bottle-type in the 1960s to commemorate the Universal Exposition held in Paris in 1937. Please note that this is not the vintage of the contents. The "exposition universelle" are embossed into the glass of the bottle over the label but hardly visible.
This bottle contains Hors d'âge grade, so a good aging in oak barrels. Strip around bottle neck states "venerable armagnac aged in oak barrels"
