Description
Leitz rare fast standard pre war lens 50mm F:1.5 50/1.5 Xenon "two rings" exc++ c.1937 with caps
Lens - exc++ condition

Rare fast standard lens Leitz with Leica screw mount M39.
It's the 50mm F:1.5 Xenon, the first Leitz standard fast lens.
This is the version called "two rings" (without considering the aperture ring), its serial number is 375574 (c.1937).
As is possible to see from the pictures it's in exc+ condition, with some signs of use (normal for its age).
There are some marks (and a couple of little scratches) on the front glass, some dust inside and a light haze.
There are two caps (not in good condition the front cap).
Not easy to find, a nice item for the Leica collector.
