Beautiful antique office desk telephone and bakelite handle.
1940's Belgium, Antwerp
This desk phone has a lovely dial disc with a enamelled plate withe the numbers. The phone has also a pendulum for the magneto that could be connected to a telephonist. This phone could be used at the automatic and the manually operated exchange, at that time both operating exchanges were in use.
The equipment is in a copper cabinet and on side the pendulum for the magneto.
The phone has still his original fabric cord.
