Don Quixote (Spanish: Don Quijote (Don Quixote) is the protagonist in the novel written by Cervantes: The Ingenious gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha of 1605 (and second volume of 1615). The book is one of the first written novels in a modern European language. It relates the hilarious travel adventures of an old nobleman Don Quixote who thinks he's a wandering knight. He is an idealist, a foolish hero who, with his good intentions but impractical acts, makes himself look rather ridiculous. Sancho Panza is his realistic counterpart. He is a pragmatist with both feet firmly on the ground.

The carvings are in beautiful condition.
